A technical expert with 40 years of experience in the research and development of sonar sensors for naval applications, spanning five submarine classes, a surface vessel and more recently a foray into Sonobuoys. Current areas of interest are in the development of novel transducer solutions for ASW on UUV's and the introduction of single crystal piezoelectrics into practical sensor payloads.
