Adam has been instrumental in forging strategic partnerships that support Australia's sovereign capability and enhance interoperability with key allies, particularly the United States and the United Kingdom. Franmarine’s work contributes to the objectives of AUKUS Pillar One and Pillar Two, delivering critical underwater services that support naval platform readiness, performance and sustainability across allied fleets.
A passionate advocate for collaborative innovation, Adam has pioneered the integration of emerging technologies, such as AI-driven, block-chain based asset management software and underwater remotely operated vehicles with conventional underwater engineering capability. His work has led to the development of underwater sustainment in-lieu of dry docking, an integrated dual use capability that supports the critical defence, digitalization and decarbonization objectives of the AUKUS trilateral industrial base.
